Groups: If registering as a group, group members must be identified. Group pricing is for those attending the full seminar and there must be 3 or more in a group. You will have the opportunity to add additional registrants during the registration process. Group members may register separately and take the discount now. *Refunds cannot be given for increases in group size. If you register at a group discounted rate but your group does not form please be prepared to pay the difference in cost at the seminar Sign-in.

Walk-In Fee: As long as space is available, you can register the day of the seminar with an additional walk-in fee of $15. Please note that only cash, money orders, credit cards and hospital checks are accepted at the door. Personal checks are not accepted.
